Busy JC girl is back!!!
Phew...had been a real busy week.
Night study till 9pm almost everyday.
But, i guess that's the price I'm suppose to pay in order to get my good grades.
Anyway, shall blog about school stuff later.
Now, I shall continue with where I left out in the previous post.
Last post, I was at Golden Gate Bridge.
Magnificent view!!!
Next up, we went for a walk in San Francisco.
Due to the unique landscape, the road is really sleep.
Totally feels like I'm climbing a mountain.
But the weather there is super awesome. So cooling!!
Around 16-18 degree if I didn't forget.
Hahaha...
Of course, not forgetting the beautiful flowers along the road.
Me with my 'little brother".
Miss him lots!!!
All my 'elder brothers and sisters'.
There isn't much high-rise building.
If i didn't remember wrongly, the guide said that there an earthquake in both 1906 and 1989 which had brought massive destruction to the city.
The 1906 earthquake almost destroyed the whole city in less than a minute.
That's why, when they rebuild the houses, it's all short-snorted houses instead of high-rise buildings.
It's still a very beautiful city though.
It may not have lots of high-rise buildings like Singapore and Shanghai, but it's a very down-to-earth (to me) city that I don't mind going there again for a longer stay. :D
Next up, we headed down to Union Square, San Francisco.
Hmm... It's like Singapore's Orchard Road where there are lots of high class shopping malls.
It's very interesting.
At one end of the road, it's shopping malls that sells only guys stuff and at the opposite side, it's all woman stuffs.
Hahaha...
Oh!!! And cheesecake factory is there too!!!!
Too bad I didn't have enough time to shop.
I wanted to buy the chocolate there so badly!
But...didn't have time. :(
So sad! :(
hais...Oh well... I'll buy it next time!!!!
Hahaha..
Okies, from city, we traveled down to the downtown of San Francisco.
We took the very special cable car down to downtown.
I don't really know how to describe it...
so shall just show the photos. :D
The view when we're on the cable car!!! :D
And here we are, at Fisherman's Wharf, downtown of San Francisco.
There's like a real lot of interesting things in Fisherman's Wharf.
What's most unforgettable is the clam chowder, sour bread and the super super super cold weather.
Hahaha...
Can't find the photos of clam chowder and sour bread. :(
Maybe I was too busying eating. :P:P:P
Hahaha..
Till today, I still can't forget that kind of feeling.
In a very very cold weather, eating a hot soup with bread and chatting with new friends.
So HAPPY!!!
Hahahaha...
Blogging this now, makes me miss the food, the people, the feelings.
There are still a lot more places that I went.
But....I'm hungry now. :P
So shall continue Part 3 next time!!!
:D
