Hi Hi!!! 

I'm BACK!!!

hahaha..yea, don't worry. I'm still alive.

I know, my blog has been rotting for like almost a month.

But I've a good reason.

I was oversea and I didn't bring my lappy with me.

So I didn't really get to go online for like half a month.

Yea...I know. I'm awesome. :P

Totally can survive without internet.

hehehehehe...

And since I'm back, I'll be updating my blog more often.

Shall share with you all what I did, where I went and what I ate.

So, where did I go???

Unlike others, I went to a place where (seriously) you can't really see any tourist.

Not a hot spot for touring.

I went to..............

NANJING!!!!!

Yea, Nanjing, China.

Did I enjoy myself there?

Yes, totally.

It was very cold when I reached there.

Around 3 degree.

There is Sun.

But no warmth. Still super cold.

But, I like it. :P

Anyway, I'm not gonna talk too much about my trip coz it will take quite some time and I need to head out soon.

Just thought that I should drop by to let you know, I'm still alive.

I miss all my friends!!!!

Went to meet Niki once I came back.

Stay strong, my girl.

No matter what decision you make, I'll support you.

As long as you're happy.

That's what matters most.

Gonna meet dear Lixing later for dinner.

Miss her damn lots!

I foresee that we're gonna talk about lots of things.

Miss singing with her leh.

Wonder when we'll have time to sing again.

Gonna hug her tightly when I see her later.

oh oh, 'A' level result will be out this friday.

Super nervous.

This day finally come.

Another week....

I've been enjoying my carefree life for another week.

hahahaha..

If it's in the past, I would probably be thinking that I'm just rotting at home, wasting my time off and not doing anything useful.

But this time, nah..I've been exploring things, picking up new stuffs and re-visit some of my old stuff. 

So my life is still pretty much awesome.

Just that I'm not earning any money.

hehehehehe...Oh well, I can survive with little money.

So it's quite alright to me.

But....my dear dear Brother ask me to go work.

He say the amount of money I spend at home is more than the amount of money I earned previously. -.-

Like seriously.... -.-

Can't I enjoy my life after working so hard for the past few years? -.-

Oh well, but I know he just want me to go out and have some social life instead of coping up at home.

But, the problem is, he don't know what I'm up to recently. That's why he thinks that I'm have a very no-life life.

Anyway, still love him lots! 

hehehehe..

Ok..so what exactly am I up to recently??

I've been trying out new hairstyle, learning how to cover up all the ugly patches on my hair. :(

And also, at the same time, trying to change my looks. hehehhehehe.

Just for fun.

So let see...

No hair extension.
Just my short and thin hair. :(
But, recently, I'm in love with fake eyelashes.
hehehe...
Just find it very amazing.
Make my eyes look more lively.
Yea..and also colour contacts as usual.
Blue colour. My favourite colour! :D
I brought like 2 different type of 'wig'.
One is the shorter one but it gives my hair some volume. :D
So it won't look so pathetically thin. :(

See, as compared to the previous one, it seems like my hair have more volume right?
hehehehe..
And it's actually quite easy. Just use 2 hair pins and pin it on the top of the both side and it will stay there.

And the next one is a longer "hair extension".

Yea...so I look quite different. 

3 different type of looks.

Looking at myself with long hair reminds me of the good old secondary school where I had long hair.

Man...I wonder how long I have to wait till I can really grow till so long.

For some reason, I really love this photo.

Have that 'feel' there.

hehehehehe

Ok...enough of my physical transformation.

LOL

Some updates of the things I've been doing during my free time.

Went to Kallang for an awesome ice skating session.

The ice skating ring was seriously quite empty.

See. Just a few people there.

The whole ring is mine!!! 

Muahhhahaahaha!

I went there alone.

But, trust me. It was really awesome.

Plug in some of my favourite songs and just skate for 1 and a half hour.

Follow the flow of the songs, think about some stuff, enjoy the coldness and the numbness that can be felt on the hands and nose.

It was really cool!

Fell down once.

And my bum hurts! T.T

Hahahaha.. But it's normal.

hahahaha

Saw some parents skating with their small kids.

So sweet! 

And also, seeing some small kids who can skate so much better than I do makes my think that they are seriously...pro~

And so, I've decided that I'll go ice skating once every month.

If my financial allows, then it will be twice every month.

Super cold inside.

But super hot outside.

Went to Fruit Paradise at Orchard again.

Muhahahaha!

Greedy me ate 2 slices of fruit tarts.

First is Banana Mango.

Not really my liking. 

Next one is Mixed Berry Chocolate.

This is the one the I love!

Till now, Strawberry Tiramisu and Mixed Berry chocolate are my favourites.

Ahhhh...but I should stop eating them for awhile.

Too fattening.

All the cheese custard and cream. :(

Still, it was a pretty awesome Me Day.

Some people might think that going ice skating and eating delicious fruit tarts alone is pretty pathetic and lonely.

But, i beg to differ.

I really enjoy doing all this alone.

not that i don't like company.

But, its a kind of pleasure to be able to have fun and enjoy a whole day with just yourself.

hahaha

Maybe i'm that kind of girl who ca survive going out alone, shopping alone and doing things alone.

It's pretty cool.

Having friends around will obviously be a bonus.

But if there isn't, it's still perfectly fine.

Oh, and I've picked up Chinese calligraphy again.

Learnt it when I was Primary 4 or 5.

Have been writing it on and off.

Since I've the time now, I've been doing it quite frequently.

Hopefully it can improve my handwriting.

hahahahaha

But what I love about it most is that it allows me to calm down and just focus on writing.

At peace, i guess. 

hahahaha..

Counting days...

Just less than one more month before getting my 'A' level results.

Should enjoy my life first.

Hahahahaha..

But, recently, I've been thinking a lot.

Not really about the future.

But more about the way I see life.

I guess in the past, I've been trying too much to search for whatever I want.

Maybe I've been trying too much to do extra things that isn't really necessary.

Now, instead of searching too much, i shall just sit back, be prepared and wait for the challenges that my life is going to have.

I mean, I won't know what will happen in the future.

There are too many 'what if'.

Why bother wasting some much time thinking of things that haven't even happen?

As for people around me, I'm going to do what I feel I should do to them.

For my close friends, I'll love and cherish them with all my heart.

Coz that's what friends are for.

For those that I don't like, I won't do anything hateful or sarcastic.

I'll just ignore their presence if they are around me.

And as for some others who are in the middle, I'll just treat them using the way they treat me.

If you don't give a damn, so do I.

That's how I work.

If you feel that why I suddenly become so cold toward you, think how you've been treating me first.

Yup... 2 lines to sum it up.

既来之，则安之。

谨严慎行。

  Yea..that's about it.

Still, my life is pretty awesome right now.

Hi hi!!! Free girl is back to her little world.

Gonna be a super long post this time round.

Too many things to blog. heheehehe

So...how am I doing so far?

One word: AWESOME! :D

Seriously, I'm totally loving my current life.

I'm currently not working.

Which means, I have all the time to relax and do whatever I want.

Some people might think that I'm just 'rotting' at home.

But, I don't think so.

Becoz my goal now is to live the way I want. Enjoy as much as I can.

Do things that I love. Spend quality time with family and friends.

Haahaha..Carefree.

yea...I know. I won't be able to earn money if i lead this kind of life.

But, this will only go on for 1 or 2 months.

And I don't really spend lots of money.

I'm easily contented with whatever i have now.

Thinking back the past few days, I spent most of my money on chocolate, sweets and food. 

hehehehehe...

Yea..I can't survive without sweet stuff.

The world will simply be TOO boring without food.

Hehehe...Brought 3 packs of Kinder Bueno, one box of Ribena Gummy, 2 packet of Yupi Gummy candy, one box of Old Gold Dack chocolate selection and Frey Swiss Premium Dark Chocolate. 

Oh oh oh!!! I also brought like 100g of dark chocolate with almond and about 200g of gummy candy from Candy Empire. 

And also 100g of Mix and Match chocolate from The Coco Tree.

Brought them from the airport coz no GST.

Muhahahahaha...

But still, I prefer The Coco Tree as compared to Candy Empire.

The service is better and the price is cheaper. For some of the products.

So I've decided, I shall go for The Coco Tree in the future.

Anyways, yea...I brought lots of sweet stuff.

I really need to stop buying and eating them.

If not, will grow fat de. :(

Oh, speaking of sweet stuff, how can I forget Fruit Paradise?!?

It is one of the most awesome place that sell awesome fruit tarts at quite a reasonable price.

hehehe..Mummy introduce Fruit Paradise to me.

What else can I say?

This is Strawberry Tiramisu. Pretty right? 

Trust me, not only it looks tasty, it taste AWESOME!

The cheese base smells nice and isn't too cheesy.

So, you won't get sick of it even if you eat too much.

The cream isn't too sweet and it goes well with the cake in between.

Oh and the fruits are very fresh and sweet. 

Wa...I'm craving for it again while blogging it.

 If I remember correctly, this is the Banana Chocolate.

Layer until very tall right?

Taste prefect too.

Oh, those jam on the sides are nice too.

Not only did it makes the whole setting nice, it goes well with the tart itself.

There are other flavour such as Blueberry, mixed fruit, Strawberry nutty Caramel etc.

If I remember correctly, the price starts from $6.50 to $7.80 per slice.

They also sell by 8-inch (around $45) and 1 whole tart ( around $70).

Maybe this year birthday, i'll just get the 8 inch one instead of those normal cakes.

There's also a tart set now.

Hmmm...a slice of tart and a selected drink @ $9.80.

Awesome place to go just to chill and relax.

Ever still Mummy came back to Singapore, we've been spending quite some time together.

Went to eat Aston with her.

Haha..Luckily we went a little early. Manage to get a nice seat.

What did I eat this time? 

Deng deng deng deng...

 Yup. As always, Black Pepper Fish with onion ring and mash potato.

I was simply too hungry that day.

So I whipped out everything in like 30 min.

I think i broke my own record of finishing Aston in the shortest time.

hahahaha...

Till now, i still haven't forget my note to self of not choosing 2 side dishes that is made of potato.

Too fulling.

After eating, will feel very 难受 de. 

hahahaha

 IBC Root beer.

For some reason, I'll think of Jericho whenever I drink Root Beer.

hahaha..Maybe it's becoz he always drink/have a root beer during the filming.

Root Beer = Jericho.

Muhahahaha...

Anyway, i still don't get the differences in taste between IBC root beer and Mug root beer.

I think it's like Pepsi and Coke?

Same same but different?

Oh well, I guess I'll somehow figure it out one day.

Ok...I guess i'm done with food.

CNY have been quite okay.

Just that this year, the new year atmosphere isn't really there.

But, I still love it.

Coz Daddy came back to celebrate with me.

Even if it's just for a few days, i'm still happy.

Better than nothing right? hahahaha

Beside meeting up with family, my Gui Family also finally have reunion le!!!!

On the left is 小女儿Niki and on the right is 大女儿Lixing.

Even though JC life is over, I still miss them lots.

Miss those school days.

Sticking together.

Sit at icafe, chatting during free period, trying to get by all the Monday blues, chionging homework.

And also, miss the dialogue between Lixing and Niki.

hahaha.. All the fun memories.

Even though I'm more quiet, I still enjoy their presence. 

Love them to the max!
