When I'm feeling sad...

This year, I find that I gets sad/tired very easily. 
Is it because of studies? 
I'm also not sure. But when I'm tired/sad, there's always a lot of things that will cheer me up.
1) Looking at cute and happy things.


2) Think about happy things.


3) Always remind myself about what I want.


4) Always remind myself how fortunate I am.


5) Listen to my favorite songs.


6) Always remind myself that I have a group of lovely friends around me.




7) There's no time for me to be sad. The more time i spend being sad, the lesser time I have to be happy.


8) Remind myself, it's not the worse things can be.


9) Remind myself, there's always a way out. 


10) Tell myself, DON'T WORRY, BE HAPPY!!!
